Style 1: Polished Classic
The model's hair was set - blow dryer and round brush, followed by a large barrel curling iron. Using hairdressing cream for control, the hair was brushed through and formed into a 40's "page boy" look.

Style 2: Loosen The Look
Jean demonstrated how you can brush through the look and loosen curls with finger manipulation.

Style 3: Shorten The Length
Starting with the set from the morning class Jean demonstrated how to apply backcombing underneath the bottom of the of the hair, smoothing over the top and rolling the hair into a shape. The side part and wave was loosened from the morning set.

Style 4: Updo Drama
Applying hairdressing creams and hairspray in the hair all day created the best platform for constructing a bold updo. Jean demonstrated how to tease the hair, smoothing over leaving some textural interest for a dramatic twist.
